Returns & Refunds Policy

To request a return, email service@elvorno.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, reason for return, and clear photographs if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return condition

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, it should be unworn, unwashed, complete, and returned with original packaging and attached labels. Items showing fragrance, stains, alteration, avoidable wear, or removed labels may not qualify.

Authorization and shipping

Wait for return instructions before sending a parcel. Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return and applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing times vary. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
